Sabah earned her bachelor's in microbiology and seamlessly transitioned into the world of health and wellness during her master's program. Immersed in clinical internships, she honed her skills, paving the way for her role as a dietitian at One Above Fitness, Navi Mumbai.

    Dt. Sabah extends her expertise as a visiting dietitian in various healthcare clinics and offers personalized online consultations. Currently, Dt. Sabah wears multiple hats—as a nutrition professor at Laxmi College of Optometry and a mentor for diploma students. Committed to perpetual growth, Dt. Sabah Ghare has pursued her advanced exercise physiology course, deepening her knowledge of the critical connection between physical activity and fundamental human health. She is a certified fitness coach in the field.
